Regenerate the site when updating the content:

Can view auto updated version from master branch on staging server http://staging.midori.blue “Changes take up to 5 minutes to be live on staging server”

Or on local environment:

Install hugo
Go to this folder /www_midori/www.midori.blue/ from command line
Then type hugo server -w and browse to http://127.0.0.1:1313
To edit content locally go to folder /www_midori/www.midori.blue/content and look into tutorial image in “Content documentation” section to know where exactly to edit text content.
